        Meet Our Birds

 

     

What is a bird?

A bird is an animal that has feathers.  It is warm-blooded, hatches from an egg, and has a backbone.  It has a beak, two legs and two wings.  Can you guess which of these birds cannot fly?

          Bantam Hen

      Polish Hen

       Pekin Duck

           Gadwall Ducks
